1) Take Steak from from Frig and Season the steak the way you like it.
2) Preheat 400F Air fryer 5 to 10 mins.
3) Put Steak in Air Fryer
4) Cook for 5 mins. 400F
5)Flip the steak
6) Cook another 5 mins. 400F
7) flip again and cook another 2 mins 400F
8) Let it rest for 5 mins.
9) and this is what it looks like inside.
(Its between Medium Well and Medium Rare.)
If you like your steak more Rare dont do the last 2 mins.
